 Guest Directory

  • 100% Non-Smoking This is a 100% non-smoking facility. Any guests who smoke in a room will pay a $250 cleaning fee. Candles, incense, diffusion of essential oils are considered smoking and will be assessed and charged for extra cleaning. Smoking is permitted only outside and 6 feet away from any door or vent by city ordinance. Additional information about our smoking policy may be found on the Resort Policy page.

  • Amenities We provide bed linens, starter packages of detergents, bath soap and paper products. Please be sure to pack any specialty items that you may require during your stay.

  • Business Center A computer is available in the lobby area to check email or print airline tickets. Alternately you can forward what you need printed to the front desk email Foxdesk417@gmail.com with the subject “Please Print”.

  • Board Games Board games are available for check-out in the lobby.

  • Cancellations Foxborough has a 48 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise stated in your third party reservation confirmation.

  • Checkout Checkout time is 10am. Please observe this rule, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next arrival. Upon leaving, please empty food from refrigerator and cabinets, load the dishwasher and start, remove all trash, and turn off all air conditioning / heating units, lights, and televisions If you find it necessary to arrange for a late checkout, please notify the Front Desk. We will do our best to work with your situation but we may not be able to extend your checkout.

  • Concierge Desk………………………..….(Dial 0) For city information on attractions, shows or reservations please visit our Concierge Desk located in the lobby.

  • Damaged / Missing Items Foxborough has a thorough inspection policy to ensure our units are in good condition and that Guests will not be inadvertently billed for missing or broken items. Please assist us by reporting any missing or broken items to our office within twenty-four (24) hours so that you will not be held responsible.

  • DO NOT DISTURB Policy To respect your privacy, we do not disturb your room during your stay. If you need additional towels, please exchange your dirty towels at the Laundry Room between 9am and 12pm. Management reserves the right to enter any unit for reasonable purposes such as an emergency, maintenance, or to ensure the unit, furnishings, and equipment are intact or to address or prevent any policy violations.

  • DVD PLAYERS DVD players (limited) are available for check-out in the lobby.

  • Emergency………………………(Dial 9+911) In the event of an emergency please contact the front desk for immediate attention.

  • Exercise Room - Our exercise room is located on the first floor of Building 1. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted. Please put away equipment and weights after you are finished. Open hours are dependent on season.

  • Fax & Copy Services A facsimile machine and a copier are available for guests to use in the lobby. Our incoming fax line to the front desk is (417) 239-1355

  • Fire Emergency We are fully equipped with modern fire prevention devices. For your additional safety, please familiarize yourself with the fire alarm and fire extinguisher locations, exit routes, and the fire safety guides. This information is posted on the back of each guest room door.

  • Front Desk …………………………………..(Dial 0) The Front Desk is open 24/7 to assist you with any needs. Dial “0” or call 417-335-4369 Ext 1. Furnishings and Equipment Units are furnished with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses and basic appliances.

  • Groups Prohibited Large gatherings are prohibited without a separate agreement. Special pricing and security deposits may be required.

  • Housekeeping Daily housekeeping service is not provided, however; towels may be exchanged in the morning (9am-12pm) in the laundry room in building 2. Limited towels may also be exchanged at the front desk.

  • Incidental Charges Foxborough requires a credit card at the time of the reservation. This credit card is held for potential unit damage, missing items, or incidental charges during the stay. Please see Resort Policy page for more information about incidental charges.

  • Internet Access Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and lobby. Wired internet services is available at the front office business center.

  • Items Left Behind Foxborough can not be held responsible for items left in a unit. Please double check your unit for personal items prior to departure. If you’ve lost an item you can contact the Front Desk. We will do our best to find and return any lost item. If we are asked to return items to you they will be shipped via Mailbox Plus or USPS at your expense.

  • Mail Service A mail drop is located the Front Desk.

  • Maintenance All equipment in your unit should be in working order. Please report any inoperative equipment to our office. Every reasonable effort will be made to promptly repair the same. No refunds will be made for inoperative air conditioners, appliances or for mechanical failure. Regular maintenance calls placed after maintenance staff has left for the day will be addressed the next day after 9am.

  • Maps Complimentary maps of the Branson area are available at the Front Desk Messages If indicated by the red light on the guest room phone, dial 500 and follow the prompts to hear and erase the message.

  • Occupancy / Parking Occupancy is limited to two (2) people per bed plus an additional two people for the sleeper sofa. Foxborough will not allow overcrowding of the unit beyond the existing bedding. No RVs, campers or mobile homes may be parked on the premises for the purposes of extra sleeping capacity. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per unit.

  • Outdoor Recreation Equipment For your convenience, our outdoor miniature golf, basketball court, pool table, ping pong table, horseshoes, and badminton equipment can be checked out in the lobby with a valid ID. Children must have adult supervision with equipment. Please respect other guests and the environment by extinguishing all grills and placing all trash in the receptacles provided. Please do not throw rocks

  • Pet Policy We do not accept pets. A pet fee of $200 will be applied for guests who do not comply. All service animals must be approved by manager and registered at the front desk before check-in.

  • Phone Information Check your phone for complete dialing instructions or contact the front desk. Local Calls are free but you must dial 9 first. Pool Area Open 10am-10pm. Towels are available in the lobby. NO lifeguard is on duty so parents are required to be present while children are in the pool area. All guests are asked to follow the posted rules.

  • QUIET HOURS: As a courtesy to other guests please limit noise after 10pm and before 9am. Room Items The guest room attendant is responsible for maintaining the guest room items. Should you decide to take these articles from your room we will assume you have approved a corresponding charge to your account.

  • Ticket Service Our in-house ticket service is located in the Lobby for all your ticket and scheduling needs. Times vary depending on season, please contact front desk for more information.

  • Towel Exchange We want you to have all the fresh towels you want, but in order to do that we must receive dirty towels in exchange for the clean ones. Stop by the laundry room from 9am until 12pm to exchange towels.

  • TRASH Trash may be left outside your door and will be picked up between 9am and 3pm (please do not leave trash out overnight as it will attract wild animals) Alternatively there is a dumpster in the west end of Parking Lot 2.

  • Vending Machines Ice, Snack, and Beverage machines are located in various locations around the hotel. Please see property map for locations or call the front desk.

  • Wake Up Calls Contact the Front Desk to place your automatic wake up call. There are also alarm clocks available in each guest bedroom.

  • WI-FI WIFI is available on all parts of the property. Open your Wi-Fi settings and choose Foxborough Guest and the password is located on the map you received at check-in.

  • IN CASE OF EMERGENCY The most important part of our safety program is that you know how to respond in case of an emergency. On arrival at our hotel, please take a moment to take a look at the emergency exits on your hallway. The escape route is displayed on the back of your bedroom door. Please familiarize yourself after check in with the following safety precautions: Locate the emergency exits Please have a look at the diagram on the back of your bedroom door Locate the nearest fire extinguisher and alarm button

  • FIRE SAFETY PROCEDURES Our hotel is equipped with an efficient fire alarm system. We want to be sure that you are prepared to leave the hotel safe if one of our warning signals sounds. For your own safety please make yourself familiar with the following procedure:

  • LEAVING THE HOTEL In case of an evacuation, you will be informed via a phone call or knock on your door. Take your room key with you Please check if your door is hot or smoke is entering before you leave If the corridor is accessible, please leave the hotel through the closest available emergency stairs Do not use the elevators

  • EMERGENCY SECURITY IF YOUR DOOR FEELS HOT OR IS IMPASSABLE Place wet towels on the floor in front of your door Call the front desk and tell them your name and room number Lie down on the floor to avoid inhaling fumes

  • SECURITY TIPS You can store your valuables in one of our safes at the reception free of charge. The hotel assumes no liability. Foxborough has outdoor security cameras in most areas and has 24/hour staff available. If you are in the room, lock your door with all the available closure devices and use the attached spy hole in the door to identify visitors Before you open the door, please ask for their identification. If you are unsure, please contact the front desk Make sure that your condos entry door is closed. If you are traveling with a car, leave no valuables in your car If you hear or see anything suspicious around the hotel, please notify immediately a hotel employee
